Crunchy Spinach Dip (With Sourdough Bread)

Recipe Ingredients

10 oz 284gSpinach - frozen cut, thawed
8 oz 227gWater chestnuts - drained &
  Chopped
3/4 cup 109g / 3.8ozScallion - chopped
1   Lipton country vegetable - soup mix
1 1/2 cups 355mlSour cream
1/2 cup 118mlMayonnaise
1   Loaf round sourdough bread

Recipe Instructions

In a medium bowl, or whatever you have, combine all ingredients except the bread; mix well. Cover and chill overnight. Pour into hollowed out, unsliced sourdough bread. Serve with the hollowed out bread, cut into sqaures, and raw vegetables.
