6 | Sun-dried tomato halves | |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Yogurt cheese |
2/3 cup | 97g / 3.4oz | Fat free ricotta cheese |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Basil flavored olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
In small bowl, add tomatoes and 1/4 cup boiling water; let sit 10 minutes. Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid; chop tomatoes into small pieces.
In medium bowl, combine yogurt cheese, ricotta, oil and enough of reserved liquid to achieve a thick consistency. Add salt.
