Creamy Guacamole

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups 355mlPeeled and cubed avocado
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozNonfat ricotta cheese
1/3 cup 20g / 0.7ozCoarsely chopped onion
2 tablespoons 30mlCoarsely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons 30mlFresh lime juice
1 tablespoon 15mlCoarsely chopped jalapeno pepper
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt - , or to taste

Recipe Instructions

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add avocado and the rest of the ingredients.

Process until smooth. Spoon into a bowl; cover and chill.

Serve with baked tortilla chips.
