Creamy Guacamole Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Peeled and cubed avocado |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Nonfat ricotta cheese |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Coarsely chopped onion |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Coarsely chopped fresh cilantro |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Coarsely chopped jalapeno pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt - , or to taste |
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add avocado and the rest of the ingredients.
Process until smooth. Spoon into a bowl; cover and chill.
Serve with baked tortilla chips.
