1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Chopped cooked chicken |
1 | Fat-free cream cheese - softened | |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery - chopped |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Fat-free mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Onion - chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion powder |
Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until coarsely chopped. Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
Serving Size: 2 Tablespoons
