8 oz | 227g | Sour cream |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dry onion soup mix |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Blue cheese - crumbled |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Milk |
Assorted vegetables |
1. Stir together sour cream and soup mix.
2. Add blue cheese and mix well.
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. If too thick, stir in additional milk.
4. Serve with assorted vegetables for dippers.
Notes: Yields 1 3/4 cups
