1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped chutney |
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Toasted almonds - coarsely chopped |
Place the cream cheese block on a serving plate. Cover top completely with the chutney, then top with toasted almond bits. Serve with water crackers.
This can be assembled in the morning, covered with plastic wrap, and kept in the refrigerator. Be sure to remove it at least one hour before serving; otherwise, the cheese will be too hard and cold to use without crumbling.
