Cream Cheese And Smoked Oysters

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	237ml	Light cream cheese - softened
1/4 cup	59ml	Whipping cream - whipped
1 tablespoon	15ml	Finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon	15ml	Chopped fresh parsley
1		Smoked oysters - drained and chopped
1 teaspoon	5ml	Brandy
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Worcestershire sauce
1		Tabasco
		Salt and pepper to taste.

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients.

Chill to allow flavors to blend.

Serve with crackers or vegetables.
