Cream Cheese And Smoked Oysters Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Light cream cheese - softened |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Whipping cream - whipped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely chopped onion |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh parsley |
1 | Smoked oysters - drained and chopped | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Brandy |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | Tabasco | |
Salt and pepper to taste. |
Combine all ingredients.
Chill to allow flavors to blend.
Serve with crackers or vegetables.
