Crabmeat Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Fresh lump crabmeat |
1 | Sugar substitute | |
3 cups | 711ml | Cabbage - shredded |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 | Carrot - chopped | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Black pepper |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery - chopped |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cayenne pepper |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Green onion - chopped |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Hot pepper sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Light mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
Combine all ingredients except crabmeat. Fold in crabmeat and chill. Serve over lettuce leaves with sliced tomatoes.
