Crabmeat Cream Cheese Balls Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 oz | 227g | Imitation crabmeat | 
| 8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Mustard | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Chopped onion | 
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Lemon juice | 
| 1 | Cayenne pepper | |
| 1 | Salt | |
| 2/3 cup | 97g / 3.4oz | Chopped walnuts | 
In a bowl combine all ingredients except crabmeat and nuts.
Finely chop crabmeat in a food processor and stir into mixture. Chill.
Form 1/2 inch balls and roll in finely chopped walnuts.
