Crabmeat Cream Cheese Balls

Recipe Ingredients

8 oz	227g	Imitation crabmeat
8 oz	227g	Cream cheese
2 teaspoons	10ml	Mustard
2 teaspoons	10ml	Chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Lemon juice
1		Cayenne pepper
1		Salt
2/3 cup	97g / 3.4oz	Chopped walnuts

Recipe Instructions

In a bowl combine all ingredients except crabmeat and nuts.

Finely chop crabmeat in a food processor and stir into mixture. Chill.

Form 1/2 inch balls and roll in finely chopped walnuts.
