Crab Quiche Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Pastry for 9 inch pie | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | All-purpose flour |
| 2 | Eggs - beaten | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
| 1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Fresh crab meat |
| 8 oz | 227g | Shredded Swiss cheese |
| 1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Chopped green onions |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
Pre-bake pie shell ins 400F oven for approximately 10-15 minutes.
Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in cheese, crab and onion. Spoon into shell and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until firm in center.
