Crab Fondue (Absolutely Marvelous) Recipe - Cooking Index
3 | Crabmeat | |
24 oz | 681g | Cream cheese |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Prepared mustard |
2/3 cup | 157ml | White wine |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - diced (small) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Powdered sugar |
1 | D seasoned salt | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
1 | Loaf French bread - cut | |
Into 1" cubes |
Combine all ingredients except the French bread in a pan.
Stir, over low heat, until the cheese melts and all ingredients are well mixed. Serve over a low flame.
Use the bread cubes as dippers.
