Crab Dip, Hot Recipe - Cooking Index
24 oz | 681g | Cream cheese |
3 | Crabmeat - picked over | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic salt |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Hellman's mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Mustard |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry sherry |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Seasoned salt |
Melt cream cheese in top of double boiler.
Add remaining ingredients - mix well.
Place in a chafing dish.
May be frozen and reheated.
