Crab Canapes Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Crab meat - rinsed and drained | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Shredded cheddar cheese |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped green onions |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Prepared horseradish |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ketchup |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
20 | Melba toast |
In a small bowl mix all ingredients except Melba rounds. Spread mixture evenly on Melba rounds.
Place on paper towel-lined plate. Microwave at medium-high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until cheese melts, rotating plate once.
Makes 20 canapes.
