1 | Crab - drained (6oz) | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Swiss cheese - (2oz) |
Shredded | ||
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Finely chopped celery |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Finely chopped green bell |
Pepper | ||
2 | Hard boiled eggs | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 59ml | French dressing or cocktail |
Sauce | ||
Salt to taste |
If using frozen crab, drain about half the liquid off.
Combine all ingredients; chill and serve.
