Crab and Cheese Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1   Frozen crabmeat - =or=- (6oz)
1   Crab - drained (6oz)
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozSwiss cheese - (2oz)
  Shredded
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozChopped onion
1/4 cup 27g / 1ozFinely chopped celery
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozFinely chopped green bell
  Pepper
2   Hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup 59mlMayonnaise
1/4 cup 59mlFrench dressing or cocktail
  Sauce
  Salt to taste

Recipe Instructions

If using frozen crab, drain about half the liquid off.

Combine all ingredients; chill and serve.
