Asparagus With Horseradish Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Asparagus - fresh, wash and trim stems |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Horseradish - prepared |
Steam asparagus to desired doneness This is best if the asparagus is crisp-tender. Put horseradish and butter in a sauce pan and heat until butter is melted. Microwave: heat on 50% power for 1 to 2 minutes. Arrange asparagus on a serving dish and pour sauce over it.
