2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Ground chuck |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Fine bread crumbs |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried parsley |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Red pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Onion salt |
Celery salt | ||
Garlic salt | ||
Salt | ||
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Oregano |
1 | Egg lightly beaten |
Mix all ingredients and shape into small balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet and chill for 1 hour or longer.
Bake at 450F for 9 minutes.
