Cocktail Beer Ball Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Ground chuck |
1 cup | 237ml | Catsup |
1 cup | 237ml | Beer |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Worcestershire sauce |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Vinegar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sugar |
Form meat into balls the size of small walnuts.
Brown well; pour off all grease and drain.
Combine all other ingredients to make sauce and bring to a boil.
Add meat balls to sauce, reduce heat and simmer two hours.
Serve hot in chafing dish or serve as a main dish over rice.
