Coated Pecans Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Egg white | |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Brown sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Flour |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
2 1/2 cups | 592ml | Pecans - or more |
Whip egg white and slowly add the brown sugar mixed with flour.
Add salt and vanilla flavoring, then fold in pecans.
Lay on greased pan and bake at 250F for 45 minutes or less.
