Classic Spinach Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Round loaf French bread | |
1 | Frozen chopped spinach - , thawed | |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Sour cream |
1 | Knorr dry vegetable soup mix | |
1 | Water chestnuts - , finely chopped | |
3 | Green onions - , finely chopped |
Squeeze spinach until dry. Stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Cut top from French bread and remove bread from inside to make a bowl for the dip. Use removed bread, cubed, for dippers or use crisp vegetables or crackers.
