Clam Puffs Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Minced clams | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried minced onion |
1 | Cream cheese - softened | |
Ritz or other crackers |
Drain clams, reserving 1 tablespoon of liquid.
Mix clams, cream cheese and onion with reserved liquid until smooth.
Spread mixture on crackers and arrange on a baking sheet.
Run under the broiler until just puffed, not browned. Serve at once.
