Clam Dip - 3 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Cream cheese - softened | |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Fresh lemon juice |
| 1 | Minced clams | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Clam broth |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| Garlic powder |
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Drain clams, reserving 3 tablespoons of the juice.
Add to cream cheese along with other ingredients, blending well.
Add more lemon juice if too thick. Chill several hours before serving.
