Citrus Sauce For Citrus Sections

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons 30mlCornstarch - dissolved in
1/4 cup 59mlLemon juice
1 teaspoon 5mlGrated orange rind
1 1/3 cups 315mlOrange juice
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozSugar
1/4 cup 59mlOrange liqueur - or to taste
  Grapefruit and orange sections

Recipe Instructions

Combine the dissolved cornstarch, orange rind, juice, and sugar in a saucepan and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened and clear. Remove from the heat and stir in orange liqueur to taste. Pour over chilled citrus sections.

This recipe yields about 2 1/2 cups sauce for ?? servings.
