Citrus Sauce For Citrus Sections Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cornstarch - dissolved in |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated orange rind |
1 1/3 cups | 315ml | Orange juice |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Orange liqueur - or to taste |

Combine the dissolved cornstarch, orange rind, juice, and sugar in a saucepan and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened and clear. Remove from the heat and stir in orange liqueur to taste. Pour over chilled citrus sections.
This recipe yields about 2 1/2 cups sauce for ?? servings.
