1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Fresh pineapple - chopped |
1 cup | 237ml | Jalapeno pepper - seeded and (medium) |
Finely chopped | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Thinly sliced green onion |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cilantro - snipped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lime peel - shredded |
Stir together oranges, pineapple, jalapeno pepper, green onion, cilantro, lime peel and dash salt in a bowl. Cover and chill for about 4 hours.
