Chutney Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Yogurt cheese |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Mango chutney - chopped |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped scallions |
12 | Fennel - sliced | |
12 | Belgian endive leaves |
In medium bowl, combine yogurt cheese, chutney and scallions.
Spread 1 tablespoon on each fennel slice and endive leaf.
