Chutney Cheese Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
12 oz | 340g | Cream cheese - softened |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Cheddar cheese - shredded |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Curry powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Paprika |
2 | Onion salt | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dry sherry - more if needed |
3 | Green onions - (tops only), chopped | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Chutney |
Combine all ingredients except green onions and chutney in food processor and blend thoroughly.
Spread into nice 8" quiche or tart pan. Top with chutney and onions, and serve with crackers.
