Christmas Party Pinwheels

Recipe Ingredients

2		Cream cheese - softened
1		Ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 cup	46g / 1.6oz	Red bell pepper - minced
1/2 cup	55g / 1.9oz	Celery - minced
1/4 cup	15g / 0.5oz	Green onions - sliced
1/4 cup	59ml	Stuffed olives - sliced
3		Flour tortillas - up to 4

Recipe Instructions

In a bowl, beat cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth.

Add red pepper, celery, onions, and olives; mix well.

Spread about 3/4 cup on each tortilla.

Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Slice into 1/2" pieces.
