Chocolate Plunge Recipe - Cooking Index
2/3 cup | 218g / 7.7oz | Karo light or dark corn syrup |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Heavy cream - or whipping cream |
8 oz | 227g | Semisweet chocolate chips |
Assorted fresh fruit |
In medium saucepan stir corn syrup and cream. Bring to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate; stir until completely melted. Serve warm as a dip for fruit. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: In medium microwave bowl, stir corn syrup and cream. Microwave at High (100%) 1 1/2 minutes or until boiling. Add chocolate; stir until completely melted.
