Chipotle Butter Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Butter |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Pureed Chipotles en Adobo |
Melt the butter in a double boiler or in a sauce pan over a flame diffuser. Remove the pan from the flame and allow the melted butter to cool. Before it begins to re-solidfy, whisk in the pureed Chipotles en Adobo and continue whisking until the puree is blended in thoroughly and butter is the texture of whipped butter.
