Chili Nachos Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Favorite chili recipe |
6 oz | 170g | Tortilla chips |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Favorite prepared salsa |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Guacamole |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sour cream |
Pickled jalapeno peppers - seeded and sliced |
Preheat oven to 400F. Heat chili in small saucepan over medium heat, stirring often, until hot.
Spread half the tortilla chips on bottom of 10" glass pie plate.
Spoon half the chili over tortilla chips. Sprinkle with half the cheese.
Repeat with remaining chips, chili and cheese.
Bake in 400F oven until cheese is melted, 6 to 8 minutes.
Top with salsa, guacamole, sour cream and jalapeno slices. Serve immediately.
