Chili Dip - 3 Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Chili with no beans - large | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cheddar cheese - shredded |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
1 cup | 237ml | Picante sauce |
Microwave chili until hot.
Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix until cheese is melted.
Return to microwave if needed. Add sour cream and picante sauce (I use hot).
Mix well. Serve with nacho chips or plain corn chips.
