Chili Deviled Eggs Recipe - Cooking Index
6 | Eggs - hard cooked | |
- halved lengthwise | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salsa |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion - minced |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh cilantro - finely chop. |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper - freshly ground |
Remove yolks from eggs, reserving whites. Mash yolks in small bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Fill whites with yolk mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.
