Chili Cheese Cornsticks Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/4 cups | 78g / 2.8oz | Yellow cornmeal |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Egg (large) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Shredded cheddar |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Baking powder |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped green chilies |
Beat egg, milk and 1/4 cup vegetable oil.
Add dry ingredients, stirring only to mix.
Toss in cheese and chilies.
Bake in greased pans at 425F for 15 minutes.
