Chile Con Queso (Queso Con Rajas De Chile) Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Asadero cheese; shredded * |
4 oz | 113g | Jalapenos - fresh, seeded, chopped |
4 oz | 113g | Poblanos - fresh, deveined, julienne |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Half & half |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Onion - finely chopped |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cumin - ground |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
