Artichokes With Vinaigrette

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup	118ml	Vinegar
4 teaspoons	20ml	Lemon juice
1 tablespoon	15ml	Sugar
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Dry mustard
1/3 cup	78ml	Olive oil
4 cups	948ml	California artichokes - prepared and cooked (medium)
		For whole - artichokes

Recipe Instructions

(From the California Artichoke Advisry Board.) Combine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and mustard. Gradually add oil until blended. Serve with cooked artichokes.
