Chicken Rolls Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Almonds - toasted and, finely chopped |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Finely chopped cooked chicken |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
Salt and pepper - to taste | ||
Sliced sandwich bread - crusts removed | ||
Soft butter | ||
Chopped fresh parsley |
Combine almonds, chicken, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Spread each slice of bread with soft butter, then spread with the chicken mixture.
Roll up pinwheel style.
Cut in half.
Dip each end in chopped parsley.
Makes about 36.
