Chicken Liver And Bacon Roll-Ups

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozLivers - chicken
3 tablespoons 45mlMustard - Dijon
12   Bacon - cut in half
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozCracker crumbs

Recipe Instructions

Dip chicken livers lightly in mustard.

Wrap a half slice of bacon around each, and secure with a toothpick; coat livers with crumbs.

Place in a 8" square baking dish; bake at 425F for 25 minutes.
