Chevre Crackers Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Unsalted butter - room temp |
4 oz | 113g | Goat cheese - room temp |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Freshly grated parmesan |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | All-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 | Cayenne pepper |
Preheat oven to 375F
Blend butter and both cheeses in processor until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients. Process until just blended using on/off turns.
Transfer mixture to pastry bag fitted with medium star tip (no. 4).
Pipe in 2-inch-long strips on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake until edges begin to brown, about 8 minutes. Cool on rack.
Store in airtight container.
