Cherry Canapes

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Grated orange peel
2 tablespoons	30ml	Finely chopped walnuts
1		Cream cheese - softened
1 tablespoon	15ml	Orange juice
16		Party rye bread
4		Thinly sliced ham
15		Pitted sweet cherries

Recipe Instructions

Combine cream cheese, orange juice and peel, and walnuts.

Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of the mixture on each slice of bread.

Cut each slice of ham into 4 triangles.

Place one triangle on top of cream cheese.

Top each canape with a pitted cherry, secured with a toothpick.
