Cheese-And-Butter Ball Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Cream cheese | |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Soft butter |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Capers |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Caraway seed |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped pimiento |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped onion |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 | Pepper |
Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Cover and chill until firm. Shape cheese mixture into a ball. Chill.
Serve with crackers.
Tip: Mold any remaining cheese into a ball or use for sandwich spread.
