2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Natural sharp cheese - grated |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
1 1/4 cups | 78g / 2.8oz | Flour |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
48 teaspoons | 240ml | Stuffed olives (small) |
Blend cheese with butter. Stir in mixed flour, salt and paprika. Mix well.
Wrap 1 teaspoon dough around each olive. Arrange on flat pan. Freeze.
Put in plastic bag.
Store in freezer. When ready to use, remove from bag. Arrange on cookie sheet. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
