Cheese Chile Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded cheddar cheese - (4 ounces) |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded Colby cheese - (4 ounces) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chili powder |
Paprika - for garnish |
Place cheeses and chili powder in food processor. Cover and process about 1 minute or until smooth. Roll mixture into shape of chile. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
Do-Ahead Tip: Cover and refrigerate Cheese Chile up to 1 week.
