Cheese And Red Onion Mix Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cheese - (Monterey jack or cheddar), grated |
1 | Red onion - finely chopped (small) | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly ground black pepper |
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Combine, using a hand blender, until fairly smooth; chill. Use cold as a spread for crackers or melba toast, or spread on toasted bread or crackers, broil for a few minutes, then serve hot.
