Cheddar-Nut Dip

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 146g / 5.1ozShredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup 118mlPlain yogurt
1 tablespoon 15mlTomato paste
1   Garlic - chopped
  Salt and cayenne pepper - to taste
1/3 cup 48g / 1.7ozToasted chopped walnuts

Recipe Instructions

Throw everything but the walnuts in a food processor and blend until fairly smooth.

Spoon into bowl and stir in 1/3 c. toasted chopped walnuts.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with breadsticks.
