Cheddar Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Butter |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
8 oz | 227g | Cheddar; sharp - grated |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
4 oz | 113g | Romano cheese - grated |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika - sweet or hot |
All the ingredients should be at room temperature before starting this recipe.
Whip slowly, in a medium mixing bowl, with the mixer until the mixture is fluffy. Spread on Bread Slices. (Rye, Sourdough or regular French Bread are great.)
Toast under the broiler until hot.
