Apricot Couscous Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Water |
2 oz | 56g | Apricots - dried, finely |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Margarine - nondairy |
1/3 teaspoon | 1.7ml | Cardamom |
1 cup | 237ml | Couscous |
Combine water, apricots, margarine and cardamom in 1 quart casserole dish. Cover. Microwave on high for 4 minutes, or until water reaches full boil. Add couscous. Cover. let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
