Apple-Cinnamon-Whole-Wheat-Oatmeal Bread Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/3 cups | 315ml | Apple juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Orange juice concentrate |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cinnamon |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Diced apple |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Wheat gluten |
3 1/4 cups | 203g / 7.2oz | Whole-wheat flour |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Oats - (i used quick) |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Yeast |
Mix in the order recommended by your breadmaker. This uses the powdered-milk white/wheat setting on the Black & Decker. This makes a good-sized loaf, and it has a lovely aroma. The apple pieces are indistinguishable at the end (the bread maker must blend them up).
