Cannoli Snacks Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Part-skim ricotta cheese |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Confectioners' sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated orange peel |
50 | Melba rounds or roasts | |
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Cinnamon or cocoa powder - to taste |
In small bowl, combine cheese, sugar and orange peel. Spread about 1 teaspoon of mixture on each melba round. Sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa.
