2 1/4 teaspoons | 11ml | Active dry yeast |
1 3/4 cups | 109g / 3.8oz | Bread flour |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Bread flour |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Rye flour |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Cracked wheat |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Caraway seeds |
2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
1 | Onion - minced (medium) | |
1 | Apple - chopped (large) | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Unsalted butter |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
Add all the ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. Let loaf cool completely before slicing.
