3 | Chicken wings - rinsed and dried | |
1 | Margarine or butter | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Louisiana hot sauce |

1 | Celery - cut into sticks | |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
1/2 | Lemon - juice of | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Apple cider vinegar |
1 | Garlic - pressed | |
8 oz | 227g | Blue cheese - crumbled |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced green onions |
Melt the margarine and add the seasonings to it.
Dip each wing into butter mixture and put on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a 400F oven for 30 minutes, turning over after 20 minutes.
Mix sour cream, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, blue cheese, Worcestershire sauce and green onions.
Chill until wings are done. Put dip in a bowl in the center of a large serving platter.
Arrange hot wings and crisp celery sticks on platter surrounding dip.
