Buffalo Balls

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozHot Italian bulk sausage
2 lbs 908g / 32ozExtra lean ground beef
4   Onions - chopped fine
1   Garlic - minced
12   Jalapeno peppers - seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlDehydrated scotch bonnet peppers - optional
3 cups 711mlFavorite buffalo wing dipping sauce

Recipe Instructions

Form into 1" diameter balls, place on a baking sheet and bake at 400F until well done. Stick a toothpick in each, put on a serving plate and set a bowl of dipping sauce nearby. Makes about 24.
